What you’ll do as an Order Management Consultant at Emakina

As our resident Order Management expert you will work closely with our clients, guiding them in working out business and operational processes for order management. Because you understand the challenges they face, you are able to advise them. This can be on prioritisation, for example: MVP focus, what brings most immediate business value and what should be tackled later, or on the impact their OMS decisions have on other parts of the business.

You will work closely with your Business Analyst on making sure that your team knows what to do: providing epics and user story input! Finally you will be the driving force when it comes to roadmap creation.

Some of your favourite things to do are:

  • To guide our customers in finding their way in the dynamic world of retail
  • Advising on solutioning – both on platform level and process level
  • Finding ways of providing the best customer experience in the most efficient way

This is you in a nutshell

  • You have experience with E-commerce, OMS or ERP software
  • You have experience working with Order Management Processes, especially with:
    • Allocation & fulfillment
    • In-store processes
    • Inventory management
    • Customer service
  • You have a technical background, but like to work with clients these days
